Synopsis:
Inspired by true events the film focuses on the figure of General Bonner Fellers (Fox), who collaborated with Gen. Douglas MacArthur during the American invasion of Japan after World War II, and among other things argued that Emperor Hirohito should not be tried as a war criminal. The film will also highlight the search by a student Fellers Japanese exchange he had met years ago in North America with whom he had maintained a relationship.
